My friends, Cristin and Nate, gave me a harmonica for my birthday, but I didn’t exactly know how to play it:). Craig Steward, a Kansas Music Hall of Fame member who played for Frank Zappa, gave me some expert help. He is an awesome guy who can play harmonica and guitar! He taught me how to connect with music in different ways, how to hold the harmonica, how to get good power, how to get a good wah sound, how to bend a note, all kinds of important things that I could use in the future. He is one of the best harmonica players I have ever seen. He is a very nice and generous man; you can tell he’s a great teacher. I’m really looking forward to learning more! Now it’s up to me to practice:).
